We-Serve is a crowd management company, which specializes in providing our clients and their guests with a rewarding and enjoyable event experience while maintaining a safe and controlled atmosphere for everyone connected to the event. We-Serve is owned and operated by Las Vegas residents with nearly 20 years of special event staffing experience.

We-Serve provides carefully selected and trained individuals to staff a wide array of special events in the Las Vegas metropolitan area. Some of the events with which we have expertise include Concerts, Boxing, Corporate & Convention Events, Theatre Productions, Golf Tournaments and Rodeos. If requested, our management staff can also help you to coordinate and manage the many aspects of your special event.

| We appreciate our client's need for professionally trained event staff and strive to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. Our screening process is very selective for new employees. Our supervisors have experience in virtually all aspects of event staffing to include crowd management and event operations. We-Serve employs a full-time operations manager to ensure the needs of our clients are addressed. In addition, with our many uniform options we can tailor the look of our staff to meet your event needs. |
We-Serve's training program begins with the new hire orientation and expands to audio, video and classroom instruction. Some of our training materials are on customer satisfaction, dealing with guest's problems and problem guests, patrons with disabilities, usher training, and special event training.
